I just have a simple question. Can the Bios on my PS2 be worse in preformance or such than anyone elses.

To make it clear for you what I mean - When I put in my Bios file in PCSX2, it says "USA 2.0 (date)"

Are their any other bioses that works better than the one that I have, and is there any difference between USA JPN and EU in preformance and compability etc...?

The only bios that work little worse that any other is the oldest one Japan 1.00
Any other bios will work the same.

Seconded, in case one opinion wasn't enough.

They make no difference.
