Why don't you use the internal PCSX2 video recorder? It will play back the video full speed, even if the speed in-game is less than 60 FPS.

say what 0.0...where are those settings?
Press F12 while the game is running, this will automatically start of a video and sound recording at 60fps speed.
I did but only the sound was recorded : (...any ideas what might be wrong?
