When ever i play this game i get slow down it just suddenly appears and the gs % can hit 100% where as the EE stays around 44% frame rate drops to 30fps, all other gta games and i have them all run fine im getting 60+fps constant.
Is it just the game or can i do something?

my specs are I7 920 @ 3.0ghz 8gb ram gts 450 1gb
win 7 ultimate
lastest version of pcsx2

keep gsdx internal res to native with this game.
Your GPU is a bit weak, and may bottleneck your perforrmances from time to time
