What are the minimum requirements to record on pcsx2 while maintaining at least 40 FPS? I'm thinkin of upgrading my gear but i need to know what the cheapest cpu i can get and still be able to play and record?
p.s.
if i bought a game and made an iso of it and then the game is taken from my possession can i still get help for that particular iso?
