It amazes how I could not find anything related to that on google.
Probelm is, anytime I press the analog sticks, whichs goes for R3 or L3 button, the game loads/saves.
I think it is nice to have an auto loading option, but ot if that means losing the normal functions of the r3/l3 button.
Besides, it is becoming very common for me to accidentally press the loading button and losing all my progress.

Wut? Are you sure you don't have xpadder or joy2key running on the background?

Indeed, there is no explanation other than the pad is being remapped to keyboard output and the stick is being associated to Fx (F1-F12) function keys). And that's being done at OS level, outside PCSX2 responsibility.
