Is it possible to use MSAA without glitches? I'm using a Radeon HD 7870.

using MSAA is known to cause glitches which why its not recommend. Use FXAA hit pageup

Thanks. It seems that Radeon HD 7870 doesn't support FXAA. Page up doesn't change anything.

Oh. The FXAA actually does work. But I have to uncheck Enable HW Hacks option (or set MSAA to 0x, I think). Can we configure FXAA to 2x, 4x, 8x, etc?

No, but you can use other external shader for FXAA and AA at all from this thread
