The Final Fantasy and God of War games will run fine at 2x native, except for GoW1 and FFXII which the HD 3000 can only handle native.

I am not a big anime fan so I cannot say about Dragon Ball games.
DBZ Budokai series should work ok
Tenkaichi series should work fine in native res, maybe you'll get some slowdowns, though.
damn i got only 30 fps on god of war 2 maybe i need some special configurations?
Turn MTVU on and all other speed hack on as well. Leave the bars at default.
For GoW2, turn on MTVU and all recommended speedhacks. Then set the VU Cycle Stealing slider to 2 (the left most position is 0). You should get full speed.

Give them a try.
You'll see.
I do not like the sand box genre either. But from what I have heard, GTA games require a quite powerful PC. But it doesn't hurt to try.
