so, whenever i start up a game, durning the playstation(loading?)screen i have like 200 fps O.o and in the main menu i have about 60-70 fps. and when i get ingame, i get 30-37 fps.. i have a high end pc and have no problem running todays games at max settings, so i dont think this should be any problem, please help me

- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
