I'm building a new computer around PCSX2 (It's what's going to be the most demanding). I'm looking to play Final Fantasy XII, Dragon Quest VIII, and Rogue Galaxy on my 47" HDTV at 1080p at a full 60fps if possible. What hardware (Motherboard, INTEL CPU, RAM) is recommended? Already have an Nvidia 570 (That should be enough, right?). Don't want to do any overclocking either. What about a small SSD to put Windows 7 Ultimate, PCSX2, and the games themselves on?
Thanks
The top Core i5 and 4 GB of RAM should be fine. Regarding the GPU, I'm using a 7870 and I can play God of War at full speed at 4x resolution.

Normal HDD is fine but I think SSD would help as well.
Budget would help give everyone a better idea of what to suggest

$1000 is my absolute limit. Already have the PSU, video card (If the 570 is good enough), the case, and the hard drive (Unless I decide to splurge on an SSD), so $1000 SHOULD get a motherboard, CPU, and RAM, right?

More than enough.

SSD is optional (will notice a huge difference if the os is installed on it) the rest just buy more then what you think you need is what I use as a guide Laugh
I play DQ 8 and I cant get above 3x IR with my 6970 (no AA). I am not verse enough to recommend a card, but thought I would provide a frame of reference.

Keep in mind when I say I cant get 4x, that means the entire game. If I play 4x, there are several spots in the game that are not full speed. You mentioned you wanted full speed at all times.
CPU: Intel Corei5 3570k (I know you said you don't want to overclock but the unlocked version is like $10 more and if you want to down the road, the option is always there).
GPU: EVGA GTX 660ti
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X 8gb
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
PSU: Silverstone Strider 750w Gold

Total without SSD and with GPU: $900 (for an extra $70 you can get 16gb of RAM, if you want. There's no such thing as too much RAM Laugh)
Total with SSD and without GPU: $856 (+$70 for another 8GB of RAM).
Total with SSD and GPU: $1156 (+$70 for another 8GB of RAM).

EDIT: Just saw you already have a 570, that is more than enough. I'll find you an SSD instead, give me a minute. I have windows on my SSD and its so god damn nice, you'll never want to use an HDD for your main drive ever again.
EDIT 2: Found you an SSD.

See my sig if you want to know my specs.
