I've been coming across a slew of graphical bugs in Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, with no clue as to what's causing them.

(From first to last,)

There's an odd texture that seems to even stick to the hud later on, that's midway loading.

From a certain draw-distance textures seem to deload, causing the pink, checkered textures to take place.

The odd texture is back, that's only a portion of the default hud and Hulk's shadow is stretched/bugged.

That awful thing with the black lines is caused when an explosion occurs.

Showing the draw-distance error and shadow again.

Any help is appreciated.
press F9 ?
Well, that seems to have fixed it. What exactly was done for future reference?
it switches to software mode

F9 turns on software mode which has no graphical issues usually but loses the nice resolution of hardware mode
The only issue now happens to be heavy framedrops. However, that's likely because of it being in Software mode now, yes? Think there's any way for me to get more frames out it via settings?
