i Have a problem with my ffx(internecional), i use a patch to the subtitles (portuguese/brasilian), but sometimes de audio don't work like i can't hear the sound of the steps and the cutscenes.

Disable patch,i think it'll not work with pcsx2
vsub can explain more about it

the patch works, but maybe is doing someting with the audio.

who i disable the patch?

Now i have ffx But is in FR françes (i am portuguese).
There are any way to change the subtites to pt/br or english.?

Forget that where can i find FFX Pal version (english)?
