So I had everything working fine on the emulator for the longest time, and my computer just did a software update and now the frame rate is jumping between 20 fps and 90. Been playing around with the settings for a while but I'm not having very much luck.. Not sure how to fix the problem, playing Gran turrismo 4. The pc I'm using is an asus G74Sx. https://www.asus.com/ROG_ROG/G74SX/

you probably activated F4 (toggle frame limiter) or TAB (turbo) keys.

For the part where it is bellow 60 FPS (NTSC) or 50 FPS (PAL), you may need speedhacks.
