on top of slowdown, I'm getting some weird graphical glitches in Ratchet and Clank up your arsenal. screen is attached.
does anyone know how to get rid of those (and the slowdown if possible)?

slowdown -> get a CPU above 3.5 ghz
glitches -> press F9
