i am currently confused as to why i am unable to run rule of rose on pcsx2. it is a .ios file but even when i choose to run a .ios file it won't allow me to. I get an error stating that, GS plugin failed to initialized. Error Code: -1. Then it states that i need a bios file to run it. but i've googled about how to convert .ios to .bios and i can't find anything about it. i'm confused :/
