Hey, I've been working on getting pcsx2 to work on my computer the whole day. But every time I try to start it, the video doesn't show Mellow cause all I got is the black screen.. Although, I can still hear the ps2 starting up sounds but that's it. I should have done everything properly, any idea what I did wrong?

Please help..I've been craving to playing this old gundumn game I used to have (Mobile Suit Gundam: Zeonic Front) so bad :x
What is your cpu and gpu? I am willing to bet you are using some sort of really old Intel graphics...just guessing. Tongue

It is pretty old but I'm not that computer savvy, how do I know the gpu? My cpu processor is AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.20 GHz
32-bit Operating System
1919 MB RAM

Oh found it, my gpu is NVIDIA GeForce 6100 nForce 405.

That gpu is quite old. I'm not totally sure it has the needed features for pcsx2 today. Also, your cpu ghz is quite low. You stand almost no chance of playing with any decent speed unless its a 2D only game.

I checked, it does fufill the minimum requirment's from the pcsx2 FAQ, although yeah It probably won't play the nicest.
tried updating directx, updating your GPU drivers ?

Hmm, I'm trying that now, but they should be up to date. I have directx 10, it's not 11 cause it says i need windows 7 for that. Not quite sure about how to update my gpu drivers.
you should be able to find them on nvidia's site.
