Full Version: Okage: Shadow King - No background?

I'm playing Okage: Shadow King with relatively few problems at start-up, but the beginning scene is unplayable, because everything is black with no backgrounds. Character models are cool, though. I'm on a 2011 MacBook Pro.

I think that game is unplayable with the Mac port.
