[Bug Report] Spongebob Squarepants The Movie [PAL]

PCSX2 version: Official v1.0.0 release
CPU options: EE/IOP defaults, VUs defaults (also tested EE/IOP clamping to Full and VUs clamping to Extra+Preserve sign)
Plugins used: GSdx 0.1.16 rev 5685 (hardware and software, dx10), SPU2-X v2 rev 5684
Description: The game won't load past the games start menu. After pressing "X" to start a new game a loading screen will come up, and play then it'll freeze and will not do anything at all. The log shows nothing notable.

Prafull made a patch for it, should be automatically applied for the game. moving this to resolved with workaround.
