Im getting low FPS in the game, I can just start it and it runs fine during the first video up until the part where the captain speak and its starts dropping down to 30-35 FPS.

The setting for the GS will be posted as a picture below.

CPU is a AMD Athlon II X4 640

GPU is a GTX 650 Ti boost 2gb edition

I also have 4gb of RAM

your CPU isn't strong enough.
that game requires quite a hefty PC for actual gameplay, and a very stong one for custcenes.

i get slowdowns in custcenes too...

same here during the dialogue:
"10 seconds to dropoff stand-by,status OK all green"
the best way is to use "constant skipping" in the frameskipping settings.

If you have any experience with overclocking, I'd recommend OC'ing that 640 as high as you could. I've seen a guy take the 640 to 4.7 Ghz (!!), but he had a 1.7 vcore to do it, lol.
