Hello, So I am trying to set the base framerate to 109 or 105% and very time I restart the pcsx2 (because I noticed it doesn't affect until you restart) I restart and then I check the base framerate and I see it set on 190% if I set it on 109% or 150% if I set it on 105% hope you fix it

I am using latest version (1.0.0.r5350)

really old build try the svn builds

doesnt happen here, stays on what i set it to. are you sure you're not just typing it in the wrong order? Picture proof?
