Try with only one monitor hooked up.
Try software mode(F9)
What are your current settings?
Both disabling my second monitor, and trying Software mode, did not work.
And what settings do you want? Just everything that's checked in my emulation settings or from a certain location?

You can see here that Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge is playable with no bugs:

So it's something with your setup. Obviously your setup is more than capable so it's gotta be a settings issue.
Let's see. We need this:
Version of PCSX2
Settings in config-> graphics -> plugin settings
specifically, resolution, HW hacks
Settings in config -> Emulation settings (EE, Iops, VU, actually just make sure these are set to the bold settings)
Speedhacks
Version of driver: (this is important for Nvidia because of

That should be enough for now.
why are you using directx 9 with a titan??
Because all of the settings were set to my old laptop, before I built this PC. What should I set it to?
I figured that one out haha.
It gives me three options. Hardware, software, and null. Should I choose hardware?
Hardware will be less accurate and have some glitches but it should be fine for most games if your game still doesn't work then try software.
