The problem is back:

It's some change in the gsdx plugins, I've gone back to using 1.0.0's gsdx 5334 and it's works properly.
But in the latest SVN it's back(I'm not sure which one started it but 5744+ have it)

As i said in the other thread, this is a regression in r5613

Yeah I made this before reading your post in the other one because the other person said I should put it in bug reporting.
