I've got an i7-2630QM CPU @ 2ghz core and an AMD Radeon HD 6550M graphics card on my win 7 64-bit . My pcsx2 version is 1.1.0 r5780. Whenever I start with AC5's gameplay, my FPS goes down to 16-24 FPS when it was still 58-60 at the game menu up to the briefing screen. Any ideas on how to get it higher?
Use speedhacks ?
Or simply get a better cpu since 2ghz is really weak.

Speedhacks don't really work. As for a stronger cpu, that's gonna be bit complicated. Thanks for the input, anyways.

play it on your PS2, then. nothing is going to help the slowness of your CPU.

Thanks, man. I do have a PS2, which is more than some who only have an emulator can say. Problem is, it's tough finding a decent, affordable, and non-pirated copy of AC4, AC5, AC0 these days. I'm not even in America. Anyways, thanks again.
