HAAHAH no one read think only way that will happen is if forums are programed to to have the thread pop as ask have your read this before allowing them to post, even then it wont mater alot people dont want to be bother to read
I think the first task would be getting people to read the rules. If we can accomplish that then we will be a lot better off.
