In some games it won't stop going up so I'm unable to look down, go down in menu's etc. Anybody know how to fix?

Are you using a gamepad or what.

A little more information might help.

Can be a problem of you control settings,or drivers,or you not configureted fine,anyway what exactly games you are playng with this problem?
Or yet a problem in your own gamepad(or hotkey?)

Ahh nvm I fixed it for some reason when i was binding my gamepad it binded the up analog to my graphics tablet somehow.
