I've been having a lot of frame rate rubber banding. Most cases too low; in the 20's and 30's, but sometimes way too high; in the hundreds. I'm running 12 gigs ram, 3rd gen i7, Nvidia gtx 560m 3gigs dedicated. Below will be my pcsx2 settings. I've tried it with .Hack Infection and The Bouncer so far, but I will continue testing. Help would be greatly appreciated.
2.0 Ghz is unfiortunately very low for pcsx2.
better tinker with speedhacks, and maybe you'll get near playable speeds.
but expect some slowdowns with that kind of CPU
This is the Linux section. Your system is the Windows version.

To stop the speed from going too high enable the Framelimiter.

Enable speedhacks and enable MTVU. Try the EE slider too but don't put it too high.

Make sure your laptops power plan is set to high performance.
Sorry about that, didn't realize this was the Linux side. Thanks for the advice though.
