I don't know why it happens i can't get anything for a crash log either or i would add that for an attachment. Any ideas as to why it would do it?

it was happening with 1.0.0 and now with 1.2.1 but i have no idea what component of my OS would cause the problem directx reports no problems and it hasn't generated any log files to look through.

For starters, you could try a better description of the issue than "plugins won't load".

E.g.:
- do the plugins load when not in portable mode?
- Does pcsx2 starts? If yes, click (menu) misc - show console, and paste your log.
- do some plugins load? or none of them?
- does it crash?
- etc.

describe exactly how you start pcsx2, what you see on the screen, what does and what doesn't work, etc.

Can you post your PCSX2_ui.ini

(it's in Documents\PCSX2\inis)

i figured it out it was loading the dev9 plugin oops now i feel like a dumbass
