hi there

I installed the pcsx2 several times and always came the same error, tried to clean windows, update and the result is the same.

"not possible to locate procidure_except1 on DLL entrie point"

I tried to search on web but zero results came back.I am running windows 8.1

Did you install vc++ redist 2013 x86, as mentioned on the downloads page ?
