Hi so I recently downloaded the pcsx2 1.2.1 verison and I wanted to play kingdom hearts, but, to my dismay the controller registered different buttons for functions while others didn't register at all I want to know how to fix this. I use motionjoy to make my computer work with the ps3 controller if anyone has the same problem and/or knows the solution to my dilemma please post here. Thanks!

Uninstall motioninjoy and use this:

After that you will also want to increase the sensitivity on the sticks or Sora won't walk right when is I left stick is in the lower right corner.
