Im having an error while launching for the first time, it says "The program can't start because msvcr120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Download and install VC++ 2013 redist x86
I have downloaded an installed that, But the error is still there.
Any thoughts on how I can fix this?
