ALL MY SPECS in my computer because I know half of it (but not by name because my brother just buildt this computer for me)

I want to know all my specs so I can maybe get help on running games and figureing out what settings to do.

The only thing I know for sure if 16 cores and i think 14 gigs but I cant say for sure.
Download and use CPU-Z.

And as an alternative, you can type ' dxdiag ' in a command prompt.
Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > Run >
In Run type "Dxdiag" without the quotes.
Different tabs shows information about different parts.

OR

Download and install a Free peice of Software called CPU-Z and GPU-Z.
It shows more detailed info about your cpu and gpu.
I... don't think you have a 16 core CPU.

Any other images that can help people figure out what settings I could use.
Try the "memory" and "graphics" tabs.
