When you decide to improve it ? , the Chinese Supercomputer Tianhe-1A with pcsx2 installed at the most may operate at 10 fps to play metal slug

As refraction already said you ! Make your own hand made emulator better than this! Or in simple words no one pay the team to do this ! If you pay or donate some money to the team then maybe they will look at your issue with particular game!
