If you're talking about the HUD, it's a scaling problem. Since you changed the native resolution, the pixel locations aren't mapped correctly anymore.

Probably because they game isn't meant to be upscaled. When the made the game they didn't take upscaling into account.

the GS can render between pixels in a decimal amount, it sucks but it happens
