ok, i know you've all heard this many many times before, i tried to play fight night round 3 and everything seemed to click just right before i got to menu. then everything started to be like in slow motion. i searched for answers since last night and tried different kind of settings, and nothing really solved this issue.

my computer configuration is
3.0 ghz amd athlon II x2 250 processor
3 gb ram ddr3
and ati radeon 5670 graphic card

what are the GS and EE values at the top of the window when it's running slow?

it says 22fps, that is slow ;p

it's running low by this point, trust me. song in menu sounds like rocky balboa in slow motion. in game as well.

I can't see the pics because my school web filter blocks them.

well neither your EE or GS are maxing out, which would suggest something in the background is slowing it down. Are you playing from the disc or iso?
