After i used 1 codebreaker code on P4 i tried to save (normall, not savestate) but my saved game wasn't there, and when i tried to save again, it said "Data could not be saves correctly." Is it the memcard? or is something corrupted? And also, when i clicked on config/memcard, it says that mcd0001 is formatted
