All three games run perfectly smoothly at 60 FPS but they have odd slowdown during gameplay where everything feels slower than usual. EE is at 2 and VU at 0. MTVU is also on.
My hardware isnt the issue since when I unlock the framerate it runs consistently at a high framerate (software mode too) and again the counter constantly stays at roughly 60, any way I can help the issue?
