So every time I run my game using the software i get this message
File not found.
Path: IsoFileSystem
I went through all the guides online but nothing is working. Help please.

Have u selected your iso from your hdd?
post your emulog.txt

Can you decribe from the starting ! What you did ? It sounds me like you use plugin option(this option used to run direct disc of ps2) !
