There some videos in xenosaga, so far only when Xion is dreaming, that dont have image nor subtitles, only sound. After they end the game resumes without a problem.
Any ideas on how to fix it?

It's a known issue. Those parts are black and white and the way the black and white happens doesn't play nice with GSDX. Try saving state and as soon as it's done, loading state. This should get you an image, albeit with a small "mini image" inside of it.

undub patches are known to cause those kind of issues too.
tried without patching your game ?
