i was wondering if anyone could help me set up my configuration can i run .hack// gu more effienctly and here are my pc specs

Processor
AMD A10-4600M Apu with Radeon™ HD Graphichs 2.30GHz
Memory
6 gigs

so any advice

Unfortunately the best advice to give you is: Use a better computer.

However, you can try this:

Turn power plan on high performance.
Enable MTVU speedhack.
Set EE cycle rate speed hack to 2.
Maybe set VU cycle stealing speed hack to 1.
Run in native resolution only.
