hey guys is it possible to make that?
i don't know how to make that but i found a hex code for final fantasy x but idk how to use that as cheat or something like that....

What the heck? PAL->NTSC-U/J is virtually impossible. A PAL game is very different than an NTSC-U/J game, they are pretty much completely different games.

No dice, don't bother. You can use the framelimiter to make a game run slower of faster to simulate PAL/NTSC speeds but what you suggest is only possible for the saves of very specific games.

are you interested in a higher framerate or why do you want to switch the region?
