When i play Kingdom Hearts 2 (iso) on my emulator, my frame rate seems to drop at times. Is there any way to fix this, and am I the only one who has had this problem.
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

it's not that surprising with those specs.
set windows power plan to high performance
set gsdx internal res to 2x native maximum. don't go higher.
set all recommended speedhacks + vu cycle stealing to 1 & ee cycle rate to 1
don't expect miracles though. 2.1 ghz is quite weak for pcsx2
