Saw this in the recent GSDX versions. What does it do?

As far as I understand, it enables the use of the shader.fx file in the pcsx2 main directory which is controlled by GSdx_FX_Settings.ini . https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shader

you can use a custom shader,for optimize the 3D visual (only,i think).
