is it me or is persona 4 locked to 50 fps full speed? i mean yea i can turbo or frame limit removal to go higher but its fast forwarded. i have an i3 2120 3.33ghz 8gb ram and a AMD Radeon 6450. i dont get slow frames per second, I was just curious about full speed. i get 60 on other games. is it the anime cutscenes maybe?

Probably you have the PAL version of Persona. PAL is locked to 50 fps. NTSC is locked to almost 60 FPS.

I have Persona 4 NTSC and work at 60 fps.....I agree with willkuer,maybe you have buy a PAL version instead of NTSC....
