The entire game has these lines through it and i'm not sure why, it makes it almost unplayable. I got the emulator from *snip*, if that makes a difference.
Here's my system specs:
Intel i7- 4770k 3.5Ghz
12 Gigs of 1333Mhz RAM
ASRock z87 Killer Motherboard
NO GRAPHICS CARD, Using Intel HD 4600
2x 500 Gigabyte HDDs

Those lines are ment to be there it how the map is, It show exactly like that in software mode also dont use builds of pcsx2 from anywhere fbut from pcsx2 site
and hit f7 cycle threw it to fix the scan lines
