Every time I try to run persona It gets stuck in the playstation title, I already followed this guide

And i cant still run it i seriously dont know whats wrong it just gets stuck but after a while the sound keeps going, here are some pictures.

Also if theres an specific type of options for running persona 3 fes could you list them?
