Have u tryed speed hacks and set affinity so the emulator has most of the cores/threads to its self

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
Thank You.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

plugin the laptop ac power, makes sure max power is set in power management.
if this dont help and your arnt having the cpu/gpu get down clocked ( this is providing your not over heating, which the emulator can and will cause to laptop) there isnt gona be much that can be done, short of starting to use speedhacks like EE/VU which will brake things.
