Hi guys, please be patient with me.... sorry for being a noob here.

I understand that pcsx2 releases stable versions non consecutively. ie 1.0, 1.2 stable and 1.1, 1.3 not stable. I wish to try out 1.3 but I cannot find it anywhere? anyone can show me where to get it?

or is it the svn versions?
