Last time I was here version 1.1.0 just came out. And was at like 75% playability or so. Now we are at 1.3.0 with 94% playability. You guys did all of this just a few months. Hopefully by the end of the year everything will be fully polished and bug free... Wishful thinking on my part lol.
Do you want to rewrite GSdx for that
Tongue
I would if I could.
Where are you pulling these arbitrary playability percentages from? Yeah, it's easy for a project give the illusion of it moving fast when all you're doing is incredibly minor and relatively insignificant bug fixes.

Here, most likely: http://pcsx2.net/compatibility-list.html

Haha, fair enough. Still though, that list is far from complete, or accurate. It has over 1000 games less than wikipedia's incomplete PS2 game list. (I'm not exactly sure if the list does the following) The list also doubles up on regions (PAL and NTSC for Kingdom Hearts counts as two games, for example). There's also the fact that there's many unreported regressions, changing the status of certain games. The point I'm making is that the list has always been a very...precarious metric to measure the status of the PCSX2 project.

Still, the undocumented games are undocumented for a reason. Very few people own them. I find people on here have fairly large collections when compared to most ps2 owners so if anyone is going to have a rare game then it's probably going to be someone on here.
One should keep in mind that region portability is not always given in ps2/pcsx2 context. There are some games where ntsc/pal works just fine and the other version doesn't.
We didn't move fast, a lot of games hadn't been tested since 0.9.8 or older (some were 0.9.2 still!) and Destrudior amongst other people have recently updated a lot of statuses for games which haven't been tested in a long time, so it's bought the overall level up.
Soon you need a new category: perfect
