Hi, I was just wondering if there is any way to make the turbo/fast forward on PCSX2 fast forward quicker, preferably 2X the speed. (just to clarify, I'm not looking to make it run quicker as my computer can handle just about anything, but rather speed up how fast quickly it will fast forward the game.)

config>emulation settings>gs>turbo adjust. set it to whatever you feel like, you're only limited by your hardware in terms of how fast you can make the game go.

It is 2x already (200%) but you can increase the valor. On the other hand disabling the frame limiter gets the max speed the computer can get.

Probably known but F4 toggles the framelimiter.
