I'm using an ASUS x551CA and I can run games like Vindictus and Skullgirls perfectly.
But when it comes to using PCSX2 to play a Streetfighter game from 12 years ago it lags like all hell.
is there a reason for this? bad settings?

Ahh, thanks for that. Newegg is slow on my phone.
Newegg is slow on my PC lately too. The network connection I mean.
