*all of the games are tested under the following plug-ins:
- SPU2-X – set on nearest/null (no sound, it’s faster)
- GSDX 1.14: native res, DX9 hardware, Logarithmic Z
- LillyPad
- PCSX2 ver. 0.9.6 r693 (other tested versions mentioned in game description)settings:
- Patches enabled
- BIOS EUROPE 1.60

1. OKAMI (SLES 54439)
PCSX2 settings:
CPU – Normal (FPS 40 – 100 ))))
Speed hacks – ALL
Advanced: EE/VU ALL to Zero, Chop/Zero, Clamp = Normal
Gamefixes: Disabled
Works great!!! On PCSX2 versions before 0.9.6 the cutscenes worked awful (cca 15 FPS)

2. God Hand (SLUS 21503)
CPU – Normal (FPS 40 – 80 ))))
Speed hacks – ALL
Advanced: EE/VU ALL to Zero, Chop/Zero, Clamp = Normal
Gamefixes: Disabled
Works great!!! Much faster than on previous PCSX2 versions.

3. Monster hunter (SLES 52707)
CPU – Normal (FPS 40 – 100 ))))
Speed hacks – ALL
Advanced: EE/VU ALL to Zero, Chop/Zero, Clamp = Normal
Gamefixes: Disabled
Works great!!! One of the best working games I’ve tried on almost all versions.

3. GTA Vice City Stories (SLES 54622)
CPU – Normal (FPS 15 – 60, average 15  )
Speed hacks – ALL
Advanced: EE/VU ALL to Zero, Chop/Zero, Clamp = Normal
Gamefixes: Disabled
Works a bit faster on this version but still too slow. Tried The VU skip option but crashes too often. Cutscenes work really slow 5 – 20 FPS.

4. Manhunt 2 Beta Uncensored (SLES 54819)
CPU – Normal (FPS 25 – 60, average 30  )
Speed hacks – ALL
Advanced: EE/VU ALL to Zero, Chop/Zero, Clamp = Normal
Gamefixes: Disabled
Works a bit faster on this version but still slow. Tried The VU skip option but crashes sometimes.
*Noticed that this game crashed on previous versions if GSDX set to Native resolution.

5. Samurai Western (SLUS 21187)
CPU – Normal (FPS 35 – 60, average 35 )
Speed hacks – ALL
Advanced: EE/VU ALL to Zero, Chop/Zero, Clamp = Normal
Gamefixes: Disabled
Works a bit faster on this version but still a little slow. Tried The VU skip option but the animation is choppy (like hiccups – draws 3-4 frames normally than repeats first frame).

6. Shadow of the Colossus (SCES 53326)
CPU – Normal (FPS 25 – 40, average 25  )
Speed hacks – ALL
Advanced: EE/VU ALL to Zero, Chop/Zero, Clamp = Normal
Gamefixes: Disabled
Works a bit faster on this version but still slow. Tried The VU skip option and works better – no artefacts. It’s a bit faster when Progressive scan turned on ingame but still slow.

7. Blood will tell (SLES 52755) *Not listed in the compatibility list*
CPU – Normal (FPS 10 – 20, average 17  )
Speed hacks – ALL
Advanced: EE/VU ALL to Zero, Chop/Zero, Clamp = Normal
Gamefixes: Disabled
Works slow and has a lot graphics glitches in the logos (SEGA etc.) and ingame (all 3d is under some kind of square like mash mask while the 2D graphics of the tutorial are perdectly visible. Will post a pic.
*Tried in DX9 Software mode – graphics are O.K. except the 3D is Black and white while 2D gauges are in colour)
O.K.
That’s it for now. I’ll post as I try new games

NOTE: On all of the games I’ve tried the ZeroGS but it’s slower. Also I've tried all the possibilities under Advanced so this config seems to B the best so far.
PS.
i didn't know where to post this topic, pls redirect me or give me some advice.
BTW, THNX 4 this amazing emu (by far the best HLE i've run into). Keep up the good work.
An informative post Laugh thanks for that, im sure it will come in useful#

Although some of the slower games might be because the recommended cpu speed is 3ghz on a dual core (try some overclocking) eg. Shadow of the Colossus should be running at full speed
